Using our ‘Maturity Model’ we benchmarked how NHS Digital ‘performed on PPE’ in comparison with other arms-length bodies. The recommendations set out how PPE might be better embedded in NHS Digital operational procedures and how to ensure that patients continue to be actively involved.
