Monmouth Partners carried out an independent review of internal processes, systems and capacity within Benenden Hospital Trust. The CQC ‘outstanding’-rated private hospital required an external evaluation following the addition of new treatments and services and the impact of the consultant staffing model.
The output of the review was a comprehensive report highlighting key findings across themes and a number of recommendations with both immediate and longer-term impact. Immediate risks and opportunities were identified and acted upon promptly by the Hospital Executive team.
